Senior Chair Yoga

While sitting in a chair, you'll do movements you can do anywhere, anytime, to lower blood pressure, improve health, remove tension, and increase flexibility, strength and energy. Sessions will include some laughter yoga, which improves breathing, has profound health benefits, and is lots of fun! You'll also learn some basic yoga standing poses that will improve your balance. Classes end with a relaxation that helps reduce stress. You'll leave feeling S-O-O-O GOOD!

You do not have to be thin and flexible to have fun and reap great benefits from yoga.

Wear loose, comfortable clothes.
