Core Power
This program is a combination of fat-burning cardio, muscle-building resistance and core-strengthening stability training that will help you reach your fitness goals.
Each class is one hour in length and led by in-house fitness expert Jeni Menendez.
When: Saturdays, ongoing
Time: 8-9am
Where: Westbrook Community Center Fitness & Dance Studio
FEE: $5 drop-in fee per class, or purchase a multi-session punch pass at a discounted rate
Participants must be 16 years of age or older.
