“Spinning Sprouts” Dance Classes w/Portland Music & Dance Academy
Children ages 3-5 are invited to come explore the art of dance with PMDA in their “Spinning Sprouts” classes! Each dancer will be taught basic ballet, basic tap, and creative movement steps. Classes will incorporate music, props, group and partner dancing, and individual attention. Dance encourages self-confidence, balance, and coordination to aid in child development.
Each student will need to bring a pair of socks or flexible shoes and dress shoes (for tap technique) to every class. Ballet and tap shoes are recommended, but not required. Please send your dancer in comfortable clothes that they can move in. No jeans, please.
**All dancers must be potty-trained.**
Session IV - Monday Evenings:
When: May 13-June 17 (6 weeks) - NO CLASS May 27
Time: 5:45-6:30pm
(Memorial Day Class will instead be held on Saturday, June 8, 9:15-10am)
Session IV - Tuesday Mornings:
When: May 14-June 18 (6 weeks)
Time: 9:45-10:30am
Session IV - Tuesday Late-Mornings:
When: May 14-June 18 (6 weeks)
Time: 10:45-11:30am
Where: Westbrook Community Center Fitness & Dance Studio

Fee: $30 resident / $40 non-resident per session
Pre-registration and payment in full required. Limited to 15 spots per session.
